AI integration services: RAG, agents and automation

One senior architect, fixed scope, fixed price. Every engagement ends with a production system running in your own infrastructure — not a demo.

AgenticCore builds production AI systems for teams that already know what they want to automate and need someone who can own the schema, the model layer and the deploy pipeline at the same time. Three service lines, each scoped as a fixed deliverable.

What I build

  • RAG development
Document search and question answering over your own data: chunking, embeddings, pgvector or a managed vector store, reranking and citation-grade answers with evals.
  • AI agent development
Tool-calling agents that do work instead of chatting: LangGraph-style state machines, MCP tool servers, retries, guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • AI automation
Workflow automation for operations-heavy teams: lead qualification, document intake, support triage and internal copilots, measured against the process they replace.
  • Serverless AI backends
Edge-deployed APIs on Cloudflare Workers and Postgres with row-level security, streaming responses, queues and cost controls that survive real traffic.

How engagements are scoped

Systems Audit — one week, a written architecture and cost review with a build plan you can hand to anyone. Pilot Build — two to three weeks, one narrow workflow shipped to production with evals. Full System — six to ten weeks, the complete platform with CI/CD, monitoring, runbook and handover.

Common questions

What does an AI solutions architect actually deliver?

A working system in your own cloud account: schema, retrieval or agent layer, evals, CI/CD, monitoring and a runbook. Not slide decks and not a prototype that dies in a notebook.

How long does an AI build take?

A Systems Audit takes about one week, a Pilot Build two to three weeks, and a Full System six to ten weeks depending on data sources and integrations.

Do you work with startups or enterprise teams?

Both, as long as scope is fixed. Typical clients are SaaS teams and operations-heavy businesses who need one senior engineer to own an AI feature end-to-end.
