Common questions
The detail that doesn't fit on the homepage.
- Do you work solo or with a team?: Solo, and that is deliberate. I own schema, backend, agent layer and UI end-to-end, so nothing is lost in a handoff. It also means I only take on what I can personally finish, a couple of builds at a time, no more.
- What support do I get after delivery?: 30 days on Pilot Build and 90 days on Full System, bug fixes, prompt tuning and deploy help included, no hourly billing. After that: an optional $1,500/month retainer, cancellable any time, or take it in-house at zero cost using the runbook, ADRs and CI/CD handed over on delivery day.
- What timezone are you in, and when can we meet?: Karachi, PKT (UTC+5), working globally. I keep a daily overlap window from 13:00–21:00 PKT, which covers 09:00–17:00 CET and 08:00–12:00 US Eastern. Async updates land every 48 hours in writing, so you're never waiting on a call to know where things stand.
- You're one person, what happens if you get sick or disappear mid-build?: Fair question, and the honest answer is: the risk is real, so the setup is built to survive it. Everything lives in your GitHub and your cloud account from the first commit, never on my machine only. Decisions are written as ADRs, deploys run from CI, and a runbook is updated as we go, so another engineer can pick up the repo without me. If I'm out for more than five working days I tell you immediately, pause invoicing, and you can either wait or take the repo to your own team, no exit fee, no lock-in.
- How do I pay you safely, and is any of it escrowed?: Your choice. Escrow through Escrow.com, which I set up and pay the fee for, so money only releases when you accept a milestone. Or direct by bank transfer through Wise or Payoneer against a proper USD invoice, Net 7. Either way the Systems Audit is invoiced after the report is delivered, nothing upfront, so the first payment you make is for work you have already read.
- Can you sign an NDA, DPA or W-8BEN?: Yes, send yours and I'll sign it, or I can provide a standard mutual NDA. Same for a data-processing agreement if I'd be touching personal data (I work inside your infrastructure, so normally your data never leaves your own accounts), and a W-8BEN if you're US-based so your finance team can pay a non-US contractor cleanly. I contract directly with you as an independent engineer based in Karachi, Pakistan — one contract, no agency layer.
- Your products say "live" and "public beta", what's the real difference?: Live means it's in production, running on paid infrastructure with monitoring and evals in place. DocuMind. Public beta means it's open for anyone to use and stable enough to demo, but features are still landing and I don't promise an uptime figure for it. LeadCore and the AgenticCore chat. They're my own products, and I label them that way on purpose so you can judge the engineering on what is actually running, not on claims about customers.
