What happens to your data

Short version, because it should be short.

  • What I collect: only what you type into the contact form, name, work email, optional company, optional budget range and your message, plus the page you submitted from and your browser user-agent for spam filtering.
  • Why: to reply to your enquiry and scope the work. Nothing else.
  • Where it lives: an access-controlled Postgres database and my email inbox. TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, row-level access control.
  • Who else sees it: nobody. No sale, no sharing, no ad networks, no third-party marketing tools. My only subprocessors are the database host and the email delivery provider, each bound by their own data-processing terms.
  • How long: enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Signed-project records are kept as long as tax law requires.
  • Cookies & analytics: no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Only a local preference for light/dark theme, stored in your browser.
  • Your rights: ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data at any time, email daniyal@agenticcore.tech and it is actioned within 30 days. This covers GDPR/UK GDPR access, rectification, erasure and objection requests.
  • Client project data: during an engagement I will work inside your own repository and cloud accounts, so your production data normally never leaves your infrastructure. Where it must, a data-processing agreement is signed first.
  • Contact / data controller: Daniyal, AgenticCore. Karachi, Pakistan · daniyal@agenticcore.tech
