The RAG platform I already run, licensed to you as source. Software you buy as-is, not an engagement you book.
- What you get: Full source and documentation, a multi-tenant schema with MFA and row-level security, the HMAC-signed embeddable widget, a deploy guide, and one hour of onboarding.
- Where it runs: Your own cloud account, under your own keys. Model tokens, hosting and database are billed to you by those vendors directly, and I never mark them up.
- Why it costs less than a build: Because it already exists. You are paying for software that is written, not for weeks of my time.
- Rebranding: White-label it. Change the name, colours, copy and domain. There is no attribution requirement.
- What renewal buys: Updates and support. If you stop renewing, your deployment keeps running exactly as it is; you only stop receiving new versions and support.
- Refund: If it will not deploy in your infrastructure within 14 days, I refund it in full.
- Restrictions: One organisation per licence. You may run it for your own team and your own customers; you may not resell the source itself as a competing licence.
- Support scope: Deployment help, bug fixes and upgrade guidance by email. Custom feature work is a separate engagement, quoted fixed-scope like everything else.
